The Notebook is a drama/romanctic movie. The epic love story begin when and old man who reads a notebook to a old and invalid woman called Allie, he regulary visits to this woman and reads and brings to live the story from the notebook. The story is about a couple who is separated by world war II, and passionately reunited seven years later. Allie suffers a disease called senile dementia and the words from the old man give to her the change to relive her turbulet youth and the passionately and unforgettable love that they lived.
As teenagers, Allie (Rachel McAdams) and Noah (Ryan Gosling) quickly falling in love each other, but a big problen is in between in them, Allie comes to a uper-class family and her parents don't like Noah. The parents of Allie plan to separate them. Seven years past and they meet again but another problem is between them... Allie is engaged, now Allie has to choose between her fiancè and her love of youth Noah.
This beautiful tale has a particulary special meaning to an older gentleman (James Garner) who regulary reads the timeless love sotry to his aging companion (Gena Rowlands). Who is the old man who reads the story Noah or the fiancè?
I love this movie is one of my favourite, I like beacuse is amazing how much love exist only in one person and how much he is willing to do for her, he never lost hope for love and for his beloved. I definitely recommend this movie, you cry, you laugh and have a good time. Like advise if you have a boyfriend watch the movie with him.
